Each listing has a “reply” link that will send a message to the person selling the item. After you connect with the seller, you can set up a time and place to meet in order to complete your purchase.

Most listings are removed after they’re no longer available or relevant. If you’re unsure, you can always contact the listing owner by using the “reply” link.

Unfortunately, once a listing is removed, it’s gone forever. New listings are posted every day. Keep looking and you’re sure to find just what you’re looking for.

Head to your account page and click the “Create a Post” button in the upper left corner. From there, you can choose the type of posting you want to make and see how many credits each type of posting requires. You’ll then create your post title, add text, supply your contact information, and include any photos. Once you’ve finished, click the “Publish Post” button at the bottom right.

Certain listings require credits to post. Credits can also be used to increase the visibility of your post. Credits can be purchased and added to your account through your account page.

To ensure only high quality postings appear on our site, our team takes a look at each post before it goes live. Most postings will appear on the site within 24 hours. If for some reason your post does not meet the requirements for our site, we’ll notify you by email. If after 48 hours, you still don’t see your post, contact our team.

For many posts, applying extra credits will help your post reach more people. You can enable tools like “pinning” your post to the top of a page, featuring your post in search results and more. Click the “Promote My Posts” link on your account page.
